Be Well Bro Launch Announcement
Introducing Be Well BRO: A New Digital Space for Mental Health, Healing, and Brotherhood
At a time when young people across the country are struggling to make sense of the world around them, male youth of color are often left without the support, resources, or representation they need to thrive. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the mental health crisis in America is real—and it’s hitting hardest in communities that have long been underserved and overlooked.
That’s why The B.R.O. Experience Foundation is proud to announce the launch of Be Well Bro, a powerful new digital platform created to support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young men of color.
Be Well BRO is more than a website—it’s a lifeline. A space to feel seen, understood, and supported.
It’s a platform built to meet young men where they are, with content and tools grounded in real-life experiences and cultural understanding. It offers a path forward—toward self-awareness, resilience, and healing.
Designed for boys and young men of color ages 13 and up, Be Well Bro features articles, videos, therapy tools, youth-led storytelling, and expert insights from BIPOC mental health professionals. It creates space for honesty, growth, and empowerment.
Here’s what you’ll find on the platform:
Blog posts on masculinity, mental health stigma, and emotional strength
Youth-curated content on mindfulness, identity, and justice
Lists and guides for mental health apps, meditation apps, and ways to find a culturally-aligned therapist
A growing calendar of wellness events and community initiatives
And soon: podcasts, thought-leader interviews, live workshops, and more
As one of the few platforms truly designed for male youth of color, Be Well Bro is here to fill a gap—and help build a healthier and more equitable future.
Whether you’re a young person looking for support, a caregiver or mentor, or a professional working with youth—we invite you to explore, share, and help grow this resource.
Visit BeWellBro.org and tell us what you think. Because every young man deserves to feel whole, strong, and supported.
